When you buy from us, your order will most likely ship directly from the factory to your home, unless it is a very popular item, in which case it is likely that we will have it in stock. In many cases, the manufacturer will have the item you want in stock if we don't. Therefore, most items will ship very quickly. Sometimes, an item might have to be made to order, in which case the manufacturer can generally jump right on it.
We install the systems we sell anywhere in the continental United States. If you buy at least $20,000 worth of equipment from us, we will come to your home and install it for free. If you don't need us to install it, we will give you an additional allowance off the price. We can afford to do this because we often are our manufacturers' highest volume customer and therefore buy under the best discount category and because we have very low overhead.
